Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. David Kreshover has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapy department incorporates both active and inactive therapies, providing care for both acute and chronic conditions.  Therapies offered include ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, massage, active and passive stretching, on-site rehabilitative equipment and home exercise education.

Physiatry

Our board-certified doctors of physiatry recommend the appropriate physical therapy that is required for you, the patient.  The doctor monitors your progress throughout your course of care and alters your treatment whenever it is needed.  The doctor can also recommend treatment such as ionphoresis, trigger point injections and facet blocking.

Neurology

Our board-certified neurologists will provide a thorough consultation and examination to determine the proper course of care while identifying a detailed diagnosis for each patient.  Should an individual require advanced diagnostic evaluation, EMG and NCV testing is readily available on site with state of the art instrumentation.

Orthopedics

Our board-certified orthopedic surgeon is well versed in injuries sustained to the extremities.  The doctor will recommend the appropriate conservative course of physical therapy in order for you to respond favorably.  Should surgical intervention be required, these are performed at either Lennox Hill Hospital or Cabrini Medical Center.  All post-operative rehabilitation is administered on site, and supervised by the surgeon.

Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a two-three thousand year old system of medicine.  Acupuncture consists of the gentle insertion and stimulation of thin, disposible, sterile needles at strategic points near the surface of the body.  The needles are much finer than the familiar hypodermic needle.  Acupuncture has been proven to stimulate the release of opiate-like hormones and normally induces a deep state of relaxation, balance and healing.  Most importantly, our licensed acupuncturists work hand in hand with our western medical providers in providing quality care to those patients in need.
